Avoid this place. Food is gross and very overpriced for what you get. Everything seems to be frozen food that they heat up and then have the nerve to serve it to you. im pretty sure i can do that at home and dont need to drop 60 bucks. i feel bad for the waitresses that work here, must be embarrassing having to serve this shit

Generally, I really like Uno's. But eating at this location gave me somewhat of a headache. Our server was new, and it was pretty obvious, because she made many mistakes, like forgetting our drinks, even though we reminded her several times. And I asked her to bring the kids' meals out at the same time as the appetizer, since they take longer than we do to eat, and she didn't do that either. There were other issues too, but I don't remember what they were. My husband used to be a manager at a restaurant/bar, and he tends to have more patience with new servers than I do, but even he was annoyed by the end of the meal. She knew she screwed up and tried to appease us by taking one of our desserts off the bill--a whole $1.99. Why not take both desserts, or the appetizer instead? Ridiculous.

Great service from Joanna along with great food! She also had a good knowledge of craft beers which was a nice change. It was all good for us.

I have to say that generally not a fan of this place but I try appreciated the pricing and selections for their lunch menu. I had a chicken ceasar salad and individual pizza for $9. The ceasar was very tasty, cold and crisp. The croutons were homemade and extra large. The 4 cheese pizza was large. The pesto was a nice change. Service was decent.

Surprisingly, as UNO can be a bit stuffy and a 'fast food' like restaurant, this location was really good. Food was good and the service was excellent. And more important than anything - the restaurant seemed clean.

Hated that we had to stop in while on Vacation because we really wanted to do the " Only Eat places we dont have at home vacation ritual" But the kids were hungry & they have nuggets (good ones) so we stopped in after Visiting Vermont Teddy Bear it was actually a nice sized location, we were seated immediately at a HUGE table & I loved that. I have 2 small children, they need space & I hate when Im cramped in a tiny booth. Waitress was Great & Friendly all around just had a great visit. If you know me Im at an Unos at least once a week... It tends to be one of our fave spots & nice to know out of town ones are just as nice. It was actually alot nice than some here, LOL... If in the area again would def stop in!

Went here for lunch, it was wicked quiet, just a few folks in booths & almost no one at the bar. Hurray for Tuesdays! Great service (sat at the bar), nice selection of draft beers. The lunch specials were good, turkey bacon avocado sandwich hit the spot. Clean bathrooms, big parking lot, good place to grab food while in the area.

This place is a little old but very comfy. The waitresses were friendly and we got a booth near the bar. We ordered the personal deep dish pizzas and both were cooked perfectly. I had the classic Uno pizza and loved all the ingredients. The soups are really good as well.

After seeing Don Jon with my significant other we decided to try out Uno. The last time we came they looked open so we stepped inside only to be politely told they were closing once the last customer left. We decided to come back today to give it a try! It was not a good experience. We ordered Mozz sticks, Chicken Alfredo and Mac & Cheese. The mozz sticks were good and well melted, but bland and rather flavorless. My SO thought his Alfredo was average. My mac & cheese was much more mac than cheese! I could make twice the amount of mac and cheese for half the price and make it cheesy! Our big issue wasn't the mediocre food, but rather the attitude of our waitress. She barely spoke to us, took away our appetizer plate without a single word to either of us, never asked how our food was, didn't offer to refill our drinks or offer a box for my leftovers! Another couple was put behind us and she gave them much better (friendly) service, she actually introduced herself to them while failing to do so with us! She actually talked to them, while continuing to ignore us! We left really unhappy with our service and food. We certainly won't be back.

Food is good or better than you might expect; service was fine. Always way too much food, but it goes home in a doggy bag. However, the drink specials offered were nothing more than a lot of soft drink or mixer with very little alcohol. My Jack and ginger special was not tasty and bland My daughter's marguerita was basic lemonade. I suspect this is a standard measurement for every drink. It is either that or the bartender is making a lot of money for the restaurant by watering down the drinks.

Uno's is a nice location. However for us its sorta out of the way from where we live. So honestly we don't get out here to often. But we got a gift card last week and we wanted to use to we ended up coming here last night! So over the past few years we have gotten a lot of different dishes from Uno's. A few of my favorites are the BBQ chicken pizza, chicken parm and even the rattle snack pasta is good. The menu is a good size and there should be something for just about anyone. The service here is good for the most part. Wait staff can be slow at times even during non-busy hours. And it's normally simple things like getting your check or paying for your check. Not sure why that is but its something to keep in mind.

No problems here. I've eaten at an Uno's in NY and it was horrible. The food is always good and the wait staff is always mediocre. Good specials and coupons if you're part of the insiders club. Big bar area with plenty of TVs. Prices are certainly better than the Olive Garden up the street, and there's never a line or a long wait. Definitely worth a go if you're on Shelburne road and hungry!

The best thing about Uno's? The deep dish pizzas. I don't order anything but that when I come here. I'm addicted to it. The many times and locations I've been to this has been a consistent GOOD thing about this chain. What's bad? I have trouble thinking of any. The menu options are almost overwhelming. I challenge anyone to not find anything to eat on there. It's huge! The decor and interiors try to go for some kind of "street level Chicago" outdoor vibe. It fits and is actually kind of cozy but very much on the Touristy-McFuddleDitty type of chain (random crap hanging off the walls, pictures of gangster and actors). It's not bad but not anything special either. Drink menu is huge as well. I always go draught beer. I'm big on Sam Adams and they do serve Perfect Pint glasses here but I was taken back a bit when the waitress insisted that it was not a 17 ounce glass (as the menu states). She was wrong but I'm not going to rant over it. She got me the beer quickly and cold, that's all that matters. Service can be a bit spotty from time to time but I've never had a bad server. I think you can pretty much depend on a decent night here no matter when. The bar is also a good place to hang and get good service as well.

I left Chicago to go to an Uno's in another state. Oh, the irony. Snack hours = $2.99 appetizers between 4-7pm and after 10pm. Wallet friendly, but you're getting a lot of grease and salt in the form of offerings like nachos, crab and shrimp fondue, and onion strings. The 3 tiny cubes of avocado that someone decided to call guacamole was another $1. Good variety of drinks. I'd keep Uno's in mind for power hour!

We go frequently, get coupons via the internet that are nice. I have the goat chees, blueberry salad, soups are great. Usually the service is friendly and attentive, nice clean place to eat.

This location prides themselves on quick table turnover and fast service but it comes at a sacrifice. The pizza is undercooked and the attention to detail is nonexistent. It's really over priced for the sub par food they serve.
